Al Lindsay age 63 was born in the Allegheny Valley, north of Pittsburgh, on April 29, 1946. He has been a life- long resident of that area, having lived the last 33 years in Buffalo Township, Butler County, Pennsylvania.

Alexander H. Lindsay Jr. graduated in 1968 from Washington and Jefferson college and was a 1971 graduate of the University of Pittsburgh School of Law where he was an Associate Editor of the University of Pittsburgh Law Review.

In 1972 Mr. Lindsay became the first full time Assistant District Attorney in the history of Butler County. In that position he investigated and prosecuted all types of violent and white collar crime. He also handled all adjuratory hearings in Juvenile Court in Butler County and most proceedings before the various indicting grand juries which were in session at the time.

Joseph (Joe) is an Associate Trial Attorney with The Lindsay Law Firm. He is a lifelong resident of Armstrong County, Pennsylvania and grew up in South Buffalo Twp. Joe graduated from Freeport High School with honors in 1998. From there he attended Geneva College in Beaver Falls, Pennsylvania where he was an Academic All - American outfielder with the Golden Tornadoes Baseball Team.

At Geneva, Joe majored in Political Science and minored in Economics. After graduating with honors from Geneva in 2002, he attended the University of Pittsburgh School of Law. Joe studied the art of trial advocacy under his mentor and employer, Alexander H. Lindsay Jr., who is adjunct professor of Trial Advocacy at the School of Law. Joe received the C.A.L.I. Excellence in Trial Advocacy Award from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law.

Kathleen M. Charlton

Kathleen (Katie) is an Associate Trial Attorney with The Lindsay Law Firm. She is the daughter of Fred and Donna Foust and a lifelong resident of Western Pennsylvania, growing up in West Leechburg, Westmoreland County.

Katie was the Valedictorian of the Leechburg Area High School class of 1999. She then attended New York University (NYU) in New York, New York where she majored in Journalism and graduated magna cum laude in 2003. She was accepted into the Duquesne University School of Law evening program the following year. While at Duquesne, Katie received the Dean Scholarship for Excellence for having the second highest grade point average in the evening division.
